Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens unexpectedly. We are willing to work with you by offering to reschedule you for another class. Turn your missed CPR session into a private session for yourself or a few people. We can even come to you host the private course. If the student has to reschedule any course please understand the following before doing so. If you need to reschedule for any reason please do so within 48 hours. Any prepaid course that is not rescheduled within 48 hours of the course start time is required to register for another course. Otherwise, the student may be eligible for a refund of half the cost of the course paid for. The eligibility is to the discretion of JBM Medical Health & Safety, LLC
